Nigel Lloyd Orphan Welfare Centre

In April 2012, we opened the Nigel Lloyd Orphan Welfare Centre, a major new building that provides study and catering facilities for the 150 orphans supported by the Project, some of whom are pictured here in front of the new building.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the British and Foreign Schools Society, the parents and staff of the Dominie School in Battersea, the Besom Foundation, and the many regular supporters of The Changarawe Project, for making the construction of the Centre possible. Tunashukuru!

Some more pictures of the Centre are below. The progress of The Changarawe Project can be followed through our newsletters, which can be read here.
