Dudu Siza - Credit Scheme Success Story

Dudu took her first loan in 2010 to set up her own stall making and selling doughnuts and chapatis to the villagers in Changarawe. Once she repaid this loan, Dudu applied for a second loan and used this money to buy chickens, which she sold to hotels and restaurants in Dar es Salaam. Dudu’s third loan was used to set-up a small restaurant in Changarawe. She has used the profits earned to buy a plot of land to build a house and fund the education of her two daughters, one of whom is now a rural medical assistant.
